An original stone farmhouse, our Bed & Breakfast sits deep within the tranquil green foothills of the Pyrenees mountains in South West France on the border of the historic Béarne region, with easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. The village of Bassercles, offers some of the most spectacular views of the Pyrenees range. At Maison Blanc, you will receive a warm welcome in our calm and relaxing Guest House, serving seasonal food in the heart of the French countryside. We are in an ideal location if you want to explore the mountains, the silver coast, or even Europe's largest forest. Alternatively, there is plenty for you to discover nearby should you wish to understand the history and the culture of this region. This region is also known for its wine, gastrononmy and local markets, so there are plenty of opportunities in the vicinity, for you to experience all that this region has to offer. Should you wish to stay in the local area, there are plenty of country walks where you can experience the peace and tranquility whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. We offer a tranquil and quiet retreat and as such we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16.
